When we live out our priorities, we feel most ourselves and aligned with our purpose. I believe small changes over time can help us create greater alignment with our priorities.
I use three approaches to guide our time in session: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to navigate difficult memories, narrative therapy to learn what stories you believe about yourself, and relational cultural therapy to grow vibrant connections with others.
